Our Location

Surf Pines is a gated community, located in Northwest Oregon between Warrenton and Gearhart, near Astoria and Seaside. Surf Pines is bordered by the Pacific Ocean on the west and Sunset Lake on the east. Two gated entrances, one at Surf Pines Lane on Highway 101 north of Gearhart and one near Sunset Lane on Highway 101 south of Astoria and Warrenton, provide access to Surf Pines.
